Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy
Eligibility
Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, depending on the specific product category and instructions mentioned on the product page.
Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Products purchased during clearance or special sales, where non-returnability is specifically mentioned in the product instructions or offer details.
Customized or altered products.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (Tentatively) after quality inspection.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
