After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Padmashree Creations will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If you notice an incorrect address after placing your order, contact us immediately. We will try to update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts before returning the shipment to the sender.

If the order is returned to Padmashree Creations because the customer was unavailable, refused delivery, provided an incorrect address, or otherwise failed to accept the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping the order.

For COD orders, repeated refusal or non-acceptance of shipments may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

9. Damaged Packages

Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery.

If the package appears visibly damaged, tampered with, or opened, please notify the delivery partner and contact Padmashree Creations as soon as possible.

For damaged-product claims, photographs and/or an unboxing video may be requested for verification.

10. Missing or Incorrect Products

If you receive an incorrect product or any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

• Order number

• Photographs of the package

• Shipping label photograph

• Photographs of the received product

• Unboxing video, if available

Our team will review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution after verification.

11. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations and orders.

COD availability may depend on factors including delivery location, order value, product availability, courier serviceability, and customer order history.

We reserve the right to restrict or disable COD for certain orders or locations.

12. Multiple Products in One Order

If an order contains multiple products, we may ship the products together or separately depending on product availability, warehouse processing, and logistics requirements.

If products are shipped separately, you may receive separate tracking information.

13. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to the order's processing status.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Padmashree Creations will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, strikes, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, technical failures, or other unforeseen events.
